Shipping

Domestic Shipping (within your country): Orders are shipped via trusted couriers with tracking. Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days.

International Shipping: Orders are shipped via international courier/postal service. Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance, averaging around 10 business days. Tracking may be limited depending on the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery (as confirmed by the courier).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed products, special orders) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is approved, the return address will be provided. We recommend tracked shipping for your return.
