2. How do I clean and care for my iDA Leather product?

Leather is a living material that ages beautifully. To keep it in top condition:

Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.

For long-term care, apply a neutral leather conditioner once or twice a year.

3. Will the color vary from piece to piece?

Yes. Since we use natural vegetable-tanned leather, variations in shade and texture are expected. This is not a defect but rather a unique hallmark of authenticity.

4. Can I order leather swatches?

Of course! We provide swatches upon request. For some specialty and exotic leathers, an additional fee may apply. Please contact us for details.

5. Where are your products made?

Every iDA Leather piece is handcrafted in our Istanbul workshop, combining traditional leathercraft techniques with modern design sensibilities.

6. How long does production take?

Since each item is handmade:

Standard products ship within 2–5 weeks.

Customized or special orders may take longer depending on complexity.
We’ll provide a clear timeline when you place your order.

7. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. iDA Leather products come with a lifetime guarantee against workmanship defects. Hardware and wear-related issues are evaluated case by case.

We do accept custom requests depending on feasibility. Please note:
